Meridian Health is operated by Get Meridian Health Inc.

Meridian Health helps users record doctor visits with consent, create visit summaries, organise prescriptions and follow ups, share notes with family, prepare for second opinions, and ask questions about saved visit history.

Meridian Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or clinical decision support. The information in Meridian Health is for personal organisation and understanding of doctor visit information.

Do not use Meridian Health for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services in your country or seek immediate medical attention.

You are responsible for asking your doctor and anyone else present for permission before recording a visit. You are responsible for following the recording laws and privacy rules that apply in your location.

If recording is not allowed, do not record. You can still use Meridian Health to add notes manually after the visit.

• Confirming medicines, dosage, and instructions with a doctor or pharmacist
• Using summaries as memory aids, not medical instructions
• Keeping account credentials secure

If you share a visit summary, transcript, or other information with another person, you are responsible for that sharing choice. Only share information with people you trust and have permission to involve.

AI-generated summaries and answers may contain errors, omissions, or misunderstandings. Meridian Health is designed to help organise information, but it may not capture every detail perfectly. You should review summaries carefully and verify important information with your doctor or pharmacist.

Paid plan terms will be added before paid launch. Any paid terms should explain first visit free terms, pay per visit or subscription details, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund policy, taxes, and failed payments.

• Do not secretly record where recording is not allowed
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to upload
• Do not share another person's health information without permission
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service
• Do not use the service to provide professional medical advice unless specifically authorised and supported by Meridian Health
• Do not use the service for emergency care

Meridian Health owns the website, brand, software, design, and service materials. Users own their uploaded content subject to the license needed to operate the service.

Users give Meridian Health permission to process their content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Meridian Health may use AI, transcription, hosting, payments, analytics, support, and other service providers to operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

The service is provided as is and as available, subject to applicable law. Standard limitation of liability language should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Meridian Health may suspend accounts for violations. Users may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law should be reviewed by counsel. A Delaware corporation may use Delaware law, depending on company strategy and user markets.
